Hello, I'm trying to find the correct part. Not 100% sure on window type either. The black tab that slides on the track on the frame broke. Can you help me identify the proper part to order?

Hi I have a loose Sliding glass door handle. Tightening the screws only works on the bottom screw. Top screw does not tighten. Just purchased this house and found this condition. Double hung window, 33WX30L, sash is 21.5lbs. The attached pics show 2 different mounting heights. I believe I need 2 S140-11 assemblies but where do I mount them? Also do I attach 1 coil to each side of the slide or just 1 side as shown. Lastly ... (cont.)

These were installed in 1990 with each window have the same manufacturer decal. Would like to replace the crank handles as none are working-

white rectangular piece of plastic that has two wheels on top.It fits into the top of my wooden sliding screen door.Theup and lets it roll back and forth. wheel fits in a track that holds my door.one wheel has 777k on it the other has 777L on it

I dont know the brand of casement operator that this is but perhaps the attached photo will solve that. The rectangular piece approximately 2-3/8" in length broke next to the nylock nuts attaching it to the operators drag link. I probably need 6 replacement parts. Any idea if you have a replacement ... After texting with Steve, Itook better photos and measured the balances, they are 29 long and the window weighs 40 poundsHopefully this will be enough to identify them andi allow me to place an order.Thank YouMike
