No mfg number on window or spring. Didn't want to remove until I know I have replacement in hand. If I have to remove first, I could.

I have double hung windows with inside shades circa 1990.The plastic hardware screws that keep the shades in place have broken.Are there replacemnts screws with open channels to run the shade cords through? it is a casement window with shade between the 2 panes of glass.

Hi, I had a window made by united window. the model is about 20 years ago. the window can not hold up. I noticed the balance shoe was broken which the string is not disconnect from it. also the pivot bar is broken. The handle broke off of my window crank. When you pull it, it should open the window and when you push it back, it should close. Do you have this part? I think I would need to replace the whole mechanism on the inside of the window.

Something is broken or jammed. The "Side-load Channel Balance Sash Support System" is unbelievably stuck and frozen to the top of the sliding window. (see photo) We even used a crowbar prying from the bottom of the window. (I know that was a bad idea). I need to know how to unjam and get replacement ... (cont.)
