Need missing part. I order the hardware for the handle awhile back. Now I need the missing part to properly close and lock door on the opposite side.

This part slides with upper bracket/awning arm and allows window to open and pivot. handles on window were Kawneer. Not sure about the slide/guide

I just need the shoe

We need one of these window channel/balance, one is missing from a used window we purchased. Here are pictures of each end, the channel itself is 28 inches, not including the ends.

Make of door is unknown manufacturer. Roller details are: Mounting screw holes are ¼" diameter (countersunk) and 5¾" apart. Wheels are 3" apart Frame is 4 5/8 " x 1¼ x ¹¹/¹6 (not including the 7/16" tall extruded aluminum spacer on the top, which could be "remove ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace my original Hurd Casement Sash Locks with new white replacements. Can you confirm if the 38-097 and 38-098 EntryGard Sash Locks are compatible replacements. The seem to match all of the dimensions you detailed in you catalog. please advise

I wonder if Swisco has latches that match or come close to matching the latch that I have sent images of. It is on a window manufactured in the mid-1990s by International. The window's model number is 6200. Thank you for your time and assistance.

The original dohicky to hold the screen in place is made of brittle plastic and many of them broke right away. I bent a paper clip to fit in the hole and that has sort of worked.
