Hi I just purchased this house from 1973 and the window latch is missing a spring. What should I purchase to replace it? The spring on the working latch measures 2 inches with the window closed and latched.

There are 4 per window. Small (1/4"x1/2") pieces tgat go on the edge of the window for aligning the window in it's track when raising.

Door is double-paned aluminum circa 1986, in good condition except for flat spots that developed in a couple places on steel rollers. I removed a broken awning window operator from my window. I cannot find a brand or part number on it anywhere. It has a brass plate on the bottom, two arms with shoes on the ends, and a track that the shoes slide on attached to the window. It is a crank style operator but I would like to buy a lever ...
