Hi, I am looking for replacement screen retainer clips for my house windows (vinyl). I've attached a pix of what I currently have; the left side tab snaps into a vertical groove in the window frame, and a nylon thumb screw (broken in pix) is tightened to push the screen snug against the frame. These windows are around 30 years old. The only markings I find on the channel balance is 1610 b. What would be compatible for these windows?

Older jeld-wen (I think) dbl.hung Need pair balance springs.Right side missing. Lower sash is 32" tall. Also need pair of tilt latches for same.

The balance is a 28B BSI

Looking for a lever from the back of the operating panel of a Thermal Legance 9500 series patio door that operates mechanism that allows you to have the door slightly in the open position but locked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good Morning. Just purchased a condo with single plane single hung HARCAR aluminum windows. The balances were removed from two of the windows. Marking on the balances is 230 T. Look to purchase 4 replacement balances. The length of the metal channel is 24".

No identifying markings except for glass.

ROLLER WHEEL DIAMETER IS 1 AND A HALF INCHES. WIDTH OF HOUSING IS 20MM (THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH). HEIGHT OF HOUSING IS 1 AND A QUARTER INCH APPROX. LENGTH OF ROLLER END TO END IS 3 INCHES.
