What is the make and model of the door roller modules in the attached picture? Can you sell the roller modules to me? The rollers are about 1.25 inch outer diameter. Would like complete assemblies if available. Otherwise,I need two coil balance springs. Only numbers I can see in the plastic is a patent # 4.610.108. Also a number on the coil is 6 or a 9? Window sash is 22.5"x 22.5"x 1.5" thick. Window channel is 1.25" wide.

I have a garden window where the LH lock broke and the handle. I saw your 38-100 assembly and 38-099 but they are only 4" where mine is closer to 4.5". Do you have a something similar for both the locks (RH and LH) and the removeable handle?

Hello, The metal part of the long balance measures 26 1/2" in length. The engraved number looks like "26 4 BSI 0D" to me. The metal part of the short balance measures 20 1/2" in length and the engraved number looks like "20 4 BSI 0H" to me. Please let me know what parts to order. Thank You, Lind ... (cont.)
