Hello, I'm trying to determine the correct parts to replace the balancers. 3 of the 4 balancers are stuck at the top. I pulled on the tension / cord and I can see the top of the balancer appears to be screwed to the side of the frame. I don't see where the balancer will attach when they are down at ... (cont.)

No part numbers present. Trim is for multiple 3x6 foot and a smaller 30x36 (guessing on this size) windows. Windows are aluminum. Original to house built in mid 1980's. Trim is broken due to hail. I was able to pull trim out of window while in place. I need replacement trim and instructions on h ... (cont.)

Vertical non-tilt window. Piece believed to have fallen from the lower frame of sliding glass. Not certain, piece was broughtto me already out. Window is roughly 40 years old. Thanks Eric

Please help me I need to replace this for the patio door

Internal crank mechanism threads are stripped out of the hosing. Looks like I would need the whole unit with the arms I assume. Is there a replacement for this part? Arms straight out are 16-1/2" long.

Finally got the boxes out, whew, and the numbers on them are: top right corner 11600-17 lower right corner hand stamped K9 827 12-87 Window has 2 panes, each pane is 21 15/16" tall and 28 7/16" wide Please tell me what sash balance numbers to order, thanks.

Could you please let me know if you have 3 of these black plastic parts for a 1980's style crank out window. If you have them please let me know the price of each. If for some reason you don't have them then please let me know if you know of a place I can find them. Thanks. Jeff

Casement window bottom lever jams on opening. I can see the roller for bottom sliding bracket (3 screws) is missing. Looking to replace the entire mechanical lever. Would like to keep current crank.

The length of the channel is just between 26 1/2 inches and 26 5/8 inches. The stamp says "26 5" with maybe "B.S.I. PO". I'm unsure of the manufacturer or when it was made. I need one balance.

Pivot lock shoe with a 1/2" thickness or maybe 5/8. Spiral Balance 3/8 27" white tip.

Front Face-has dimensions written on it. Back Side-length is 2 1/8" Side-width is 1 1/16" Screw holes center to center -1 9/16" (Screw holes are on both sides)

I have a Milgard window that needs new channel balances. The length is about 26 inches I'd say. It's exactly 26 and 3/4 not including the plastic brackets, so I'm not sure if it's a 26 or 27. The stamp says 26 9 BSI PM.

Can you see if you can give me a P/N for this guide. Im wanting to order some, and some balances. Thank you Tom
