I have a window in a house I bought that does not have a balancer. It also has a broken assessors piece on the side of the window. I am wonder which parts to buy. The window is pella brand. The window glass without the edges is about 22 7/8" long.

May I have a quote on: 2 quantity 13 - 2 8 quantity 25 - 4 millgard

The plastic point that inserts in channel has broken off on a couple of these so need to replace. Do they come in pairs? Right and left? Or do I order individually? Thank you!

The window are from 1988 and the crank came out the 1st time I used it after buying the house in 2015. I put it back in and it keeps backing itself out after it use. Threads in the female part of the window assembly look stripped badly. Some threads on the crank look flattened and bent. I think I ne ... (cont.)

The handle cover no longer a will screw together from the out side and has come loose on the inside. Can ai just replace the Handle and the inside Handle Cover without replacing the entire mechanism?Thank You Kevin

Good afternoon, I am in search of a window roller for a customer. Wheel space is 1 1/4" center to center on wheel. Diameter of wheel is 1/2". Hi, Looking to see if there is a replacement for this. The metal post/point is bent. Do I need to upgrade to the new anderson thumb latch lock or can I just replace this part?

Looking for these pivot pins.

I can no longer tilt window out to clean, as piece broke off. Window now falls out if tilted. Is there a replacement part. When cleaning was tilted incorrectly snapping piece off.

Channel length is 34 inches Stamp reads 3435 Manufacturer is unknown Six (6) balances are needed This home was custom built in 2001.

Cheap windows about 15 + years old. coil springa all snapping this last year. No name company gone. No way to remove glide will have to cut the lip to remove and replace. Please tell me what part I should order?
