Hello, My current abcseamless window has casement hardware and I need to replace it with an egress window hardware to meet my local rent code.

Looking for help finding this glazing bead.

Milgard sliders, no markings on screens. "H" shaped (plastic or nylon) strip that "seals" the gap between two sliding screens. Supposed helps keep bugs, etc from gaining access through the gap.

Can someone help me identify what part I need for the window lock? The 2nd picture shows when the window is open there is a gap bugs can get through. Thank you!

These are from a tilt window, they are the hardware that holds the window up when you open it. They have no resistance anymore and the window just falls down. I need two new ones. They are 28 inches long when closed. The window is probably about 25 lbs.

I'm attempting to determine which operator this is. I was uploading photos of it disassembled, when your site either crashed or refreshed, and deleted them. My casement window handle that you wind the case ment window in and out with. The metal which attached the handle to the round device just broke off. My son took the handle to find a new one so I could not photograph it. I submitted 4 pictures. 1 is the hardware with the handle which broke removed. ... (cont.)

The metal channel length is 11 1/4". The stamp printed is 11-5. I have second window balancer that also has a channel length of 11 1/4" with a stamp that reads 15-5. I do not know the window manufacturer. I need 4 11-5 balancers and 2 15-5 balancers.

I need window pivot shoes and tilt latches for silverline window from approximately 2007. Pivot shoe measures 1 1/2 wide x 1/2 inch deep x 1 3/4 length and Tilt latches measure 5/8 wide x 2 3/8 long. I attached photos of each. Thank you!
