I need to get a cost for a few replacement balances for this type of window. maybe 10 sets, or so to get started. Broken TOP outside glass window. Cracked along entire center outer glass. Attached are labels on the window frame. Can I replace the outer glass or must I replace the entire section? Thanks for your response

I purchased 8 channel balances with the channel balance that was in the window as 2740 Now the channel balance is longer than window see pictures Could it be that former owner of this house did not have correct size of channel balances ? I do not history of this patio door part. The white face plate holes are 11 inch on center. It looks like part 82-265 but the white face plate has no opening for an anti-slam device

Lock is jammed

The picture is of an aluminum sliding glass door roller. The wheel is 1 1/2 inches in diameter. It is 3/4 inches across to the dimple. It is 2 3/8 inches long in length before the K-tab or t-tab at the end which is an additional 3/4 of an inch.
