My upper sash balances allow the sash to droop when the sashes are unlocked. I don't find the manufacturer if the window anywhere on them. The balance is stamped "27C BSI VG". One side of the window makes a clicking sound when you try to open or close the window. Window will not go all the way up, and even pushed up as far as it will go (only about halfway) it will sag down to only a couple of inches.
