I can't name this clip. And there is no identifier as to the manufacturer of this window. Every retainer clip I see isn't the right shape.

This is my inside screen door handle. I think it might be 40-150. I wish to order one in black. It's a turning handle not a push button. I would like to order one for delivery today David

Looking for Right and left window balances. Channel is marked 24 HB. The sash weight is 10.1 lbs. The channel length is 27 and 1/4 inches. Also need 2 clips (left & right) on the bottom of the side of the sash. If these parts aren't available a complete new set-up would be ok.

Looking for parts for my older model windows (brand name is Living). Issues with the spring and cylinder housing on the sides of the windows. Also, issues with the bottom clip (on the left and right side) that holds the window in place when it's raised.

I have older vinyl replacement window who's sashes and frames are in good shape but many have broken pivots shoes. Many window won't stay open. Before I consider the cost of replacing windows I thought I could replace shoes or even balancers. Thanks, Tom

Hello, I need a pair of hinge pins for an upper sash. The balance system is marked "20 5 BV CMC 4" and has rectangular holes for the hinge pins. The hole dimensions are approximately 0.25"x 0.375". I estimate the age of the windows to be roughly 15 years. Thanks,Rolf

Balance dimensions (2): L-6 7/8" X W-3" X D-3/4" Looks like they were manufactured on 7(July) 1988 according to the numbers. I do not see any (#) symbol anywhere.
