Hi, this double hung vinyl window was manufactured circa 2002. The manufacturer was Merrimack Valley. They are no longer in business. Several of these pivot shoes have broken cams. I have many wooden windows. I found one with a broken window lock. Pictures attached show the style. The latch piece in the window frame below the lever is broken. Not even sure how this lock comes apart. I would guess the lever prys up

Not to sure how to replace either slot to remoe is up top and coil springs in the way at the center

Harvey Window Channel Balances BSI 2745 28" x 1/2"

I am seeing the exact clip I need but the sizing is incorrect. The opening to accept the clip is 2 1/2" long x 9/16" wide. Top mount snap in clips. MW 1998 Tilt-latch replacement question. I unfortunately purchased 26-393A for these and it was almost a fit. My window crank is no longer working and I think I need to replace it. The cut out for the crank is 5in. The long arm that says entry gard truth is about 9in. The part that says 20810 is about 4.5in.
