have been purchasing your window parts for a while. i ordered a number of cams but there the wrong ones. i need the ones in the picture. i can only get this one to download the other is white for the opposite side

Need a retrofitted pivot that will work. Hate to have to replace the whole window for a pivot. Up above you can see the pivot I need along with the existing shoe that the pivot goes into.

Hello, I am looking for a missing window crank and cover for a construction job, the one supplied with the window was discarded. Please let me know if you have these parts in stock in white. I only need quantity one (1). Thank you!

Hello, These parts attached to window (both silver and white) are needed to fix the left side of this window. Can you please identify these parts? This is the actual window that needs repair but it's the left side that needs the repair. It's an encasement window.

The brand may be Amsco. They are cheap builder grade vinyl clad windows. This part is about 4.5 inches long by 2 inches wide.

The gears seem to be in tact in my Pozzi window. The screw gear part seems to be stripped. It will open. But not close. The rotating arms seem ok. Do you have anything to help me?

I installed a 28" series 395 Channel balance, Option 2740, on my Alenco window last year. Now I need the top sash guide. Do you know which one will fit. Mine is brown and square. It is 1 1/4" high and 7/8" wide.

Hi - I need to do some work on my Truth cranks. The cranks are fine but the black plastic parts have failed. I'm not sure how to get the plastic covers (39-536) off and the replacement parts on. Is there a video? Suggestions? Thanks!

Hello. I need to replace two balances and pivot shoes. My window is 14lbs. I believe I need part number S770-22 B but my balance depth is 1/2 inch (5/8 seems to be more popular) and I want to confirm which balance and pivot before I purchase. Can you help? Thank you.

It seems as though the crank is not catching the gear to open or close the window.
