We are located in Dallas, Texas and we have sliding door Millgard that was installed on 2018. One of the part as per picture of this sliding door is bended and we need a replacement.

I have a few of these window cranks in our house that no longer work. The handles say Thomas Clad and the bracket says Truth 31858. I believe that the gears are stripped out.Here is another window crank that has the cover removed and the one says Thomas Bilt.
