Hello, I need to replace 2 pivot shoes for side mount spiral springs which measure 11/32 D x 15/16 W at base and 1-15/16 H. I do not see one listed. Do you have something that will work?

I believe that the part I need but not 100% sure is 82-218 and possibly an 82-106 with is the lever. We bought the house with the assembly missing so I have no key nor nothing to compare it to. Can you please help me and advise to what I may need to buy. Thanks, Bob

I need to replace the crank from a Marvin window. The identifying numbers/letters on the window are 01 IGCC CBA IGMAC made in 1991 A couple of the teeth on the gear in the crank have broken off

The only part that NEEDS replacing is the cast metal piece the works the locking shoe. It measures 5/8 "(the outer step; inner step might be 17/32 "). The plastic piece that holds the metal and locking shoe measures 1 1/4" wide, 1/2" thick, and 3/4" high (not next to the spring). I would need two (2 ... (cont.)
