Himy name is Bill. I am having a difficult time locating the type of screen corner piece that is shown in my picture. It has a slot down the middle. The slot straddles a lip that is on the corners of the outside window sill.

Does the casement lock comes threaded? Or are you required to buy the self tapping screws?

Window manufacturer is unknown. Part number 8245-00 is stamped on the pivot bar. One wing has broken off. In need of a replacement. L is 2 and 3/4 H is 15/16 W is 11/16 Thanks, Theodore

The spring pulled the hole out of the block and tackle will need to replace several of these throughout my house. Once replaced is there any way to prevent this For future reference.

Weight of larger window is about 30 pounds and small window is about 27 pounds. There is one label with 13 on small window and 14 on larger window. I installed coil spring with purchased one at right and left side of window with code S140-14. But spring coil keeps going up when set at "U" shape. ... (cont.)
