Hello! I need to replace the balance and cord on an Anderson window installed in 1980's. I do not see a way to access the balances (see photos). Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I have a couple of windows that are hard to open due to this side piece being broken. Window has GA on the lock and house was built around 2004. Is this a replaceable part? Thank you

I am hoping you can tell me what type of balance spring I need for this window. I also attached a pic of the latch that was broken.

I have several of these jeld wen Windows that the slide guides for the sides that help keep the window up and assist in lifting the window. The plastic has deteriorated that holds the spring and they say they are obsolete. Are there any old parts left like these?

This is to support a double hung window. It says Girkin on hardware latches. The hung window sash is 23" Tall and 21" wide 1.25" thick ( including vynl frame ) im guessing window weighs 16 lbs ? Hi I'm looking to get a replacement for my balancers. My numbers that I see are 1600-17 R18/1227 12 87 and L12/1827 12-87 I really don't see any other numbers. On the back side the numbers are 11600-3
