I am looking for this specific glazing bead. it is from an ANSI / AAMA 101-85 SERIES C-910 stationary window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The existing corner has markings 3/8 026S

The double-hung windows in the kitchen have coil balancers that failed because the coil ripped.The coil is cut as shown in the attached picture, and I would like to purchase the same component. Could you please provide the product name? Thank you.Chris

This is the only piece I could retrieve the whole piece has 2 screw holes and best i can tell is approx the same length as this piece

They are wedge shaped pivots. I found some similar on your website and ordered them, but if you have the exact ones that would be even better.

I am sending you pictures of the sash so you could see the type of shoe that it had to fit into the rib balance, and a picture of the rib balance The only stamping was the 24 each day and the red bounce was 3/8 of an inch on the face of the channel

Not sure what I need. The wind blew the window wide open and now it doesn't work right. I think part of the mechanics near the handle broke.

I have Gem-Ply sliding windows, and one of them is missing a decorative trim piece on the latch handle. I've included pics of the tag (which I think has the model number) and of latches with and without the trim. I contacted Gem-Ply, and they suggested I ask you folks.

We are hoping to find replacement retainers for our full glass/screen storm door.

I need to replace this broken part and I don't know what to order.

Hello, I need new replacement weatherstripping for my casement windows on either side of my bay window, which is 17 years old. I have photographs of what I need, but I am having trouble identifying them on your site.

Window is very difficult to open/close. Would like to replace this liner and/or springs with something newer. Worried i will damage the liner if i try to remove so i don't have part number or manufacturer. Can you tell me what would be a good replacement for this?
