I'm looking for help identifying this piece for replacement. It's a 9 7/8" single point mortise lock for a sliding door.

We have single bypass windows with a latch that works like sash window locks except they are on the vertical. The distance between the screw holes odd about 3/4" or 33mm. Do you carry these in bronze?

Pennco Balance The shoes on two of my Pennco Balances have broken. The Balance is 26 inches long by 1/2 inch. The only marking on the balance is 260. Trying to find a replacement weatherstrip for our Pella-1000 dscsfvf1z2-071e081itan-525sc85s-nfrc sliding door.

When I measured the hardware the roller assembly seems to have a 7/8 in diameter concave wheel and one seems to be between a fourth and a half inch offset and the other one appears to be 1/8 inch offset. I was wondering if you could tell me what type of arm assembly I have. I think it's a dual arm, but it doesn't match any of the products I've seen. The arms actually work fine. I just need to replace the operator. Can you suggest any replacements?

The metal roll snapped. I need one side to keep the window open. I do not know the manufacturer. The double hung window is 15 years old.

1st picture the lock on the wall measures 4 5/8". 2nd picture the lock on the sliding door measures 3 1/4"

I have Schuco windows installed in approximately 2005. Schuco is a German maker of windows that abandoned the US market after the 2008 housing crisis. The holes are spaced exactly 2 inches apart.

Would you have anything that would work to replace the interior mitered screen frame corners? Dimensions as you can see from the pictures are 3/8"w x 1/4"thick x 1-5/8"long. Thank you!
