I have old (Summit) vinyl windows. The string broke on the metal piece that allows the window to raise and shut, so it doesn't work or sit straight in the frame. I need one new metal side piece with attached spring. I also need multiple plastic stops as are shown in the fifth photo. The window with ... (cont.)

How do you remove the lock stile to access the mechanism?

The inscription in between the 2 glass panes reads as WS IGCC CBA 03/IGMAC WS MET.

This window will not stay up when raised anymore. I am not sure what parts to order to fix it. It will still open and close, and tilt, just doesn't stay up on its own. Thank you.

Rotating indoor handle to open window, vertical. Unfortunately no markings.

I dropped the Mortise lock into the sliding glass door by mistake. I have ordered different locks and none seem to work with the door handle I have. Maybe I have the wrong door handle? Either way, a heavy duty magnet hasn't worked and I'm not sure how to take the door off the sliding frame to shake/ ... (cont.)

Hi, there is nothing to identify the window that is legible that this crank is attached to. After the window was open the crank did nothing to help close it. The wind shut the window.
