metal glides for vinyl single hung window and stop lock for same window
I have old (Summit) vinyl windows. The string broke on the metal piece that allows the window to raise and shut, so it doesn't work or sit straight in the frame. I need one new metal side piece with attached spring. I also need multiple plastic stops as are shown in the fifth photo. The window with ... (cont.)

Window won't stay up
This window will not stay up when raised anymore. I am not sure what parts to order to fix it. It will still open and close, and tilt, just doesn't stay up on its own. Thank you.

Carefree window warranty

Mortise lock identification
I dropped the Mortise lock into the sliding glass door by mistake. I have ordered different locks and none seem to work with the door handle I have. Maybe I have the wrong door handle?
