The window is non tilting. The length of the aluminum channel is 22 inches.

Seems like this surface lock set is no longer available. I need something that can replace it. Advice?

It's for an old single pane sliding patio door put in in 1984 in a cheap condo. The roller is taken out by removing the stile and pulling it out. I have an Alside window 973988 double hung. I need a pivot shoe it's an Alside Excalibur that was installed 2002. Can you tell from this number the model pivot shoe I need? Is there anything else I should look replacing with this part?

Stamped 26-9 ARS CMC

I can't seem to find any markings anywhere not sure where they would've stamped it. The outside measurement is 3/4 of an inch while the inside piece is 11/16 of an inch and the small indention snaps on to the frame.
