I need to know the right part to order on your website for the uploaded type of window balancer. I need different lengths.

I'm trying to figure out which springsto order. There's one on each side of the window. These have no model numbers on the spring. The springs I see look nothing like these. All the videos that I've watch don't show this style.

Believe the door to be a Marvin 10 feet. The rollers say Del Mar engineering but no part number. The wheels are metal rather than plastic or nylon. Do you have access to replacements?

One of the handle on the window is brokenl. Is there any replacement part? Please confirm.
