Which balancer is this? The window frame is broken at the top corners. Does that broken part have anything to do with the balancer operation?

I need to find replacement part for an Andersen casement window, mechanism for opening and closing the window. The window is 26 inches wide. I have attached the photos of the arm, etching numbers on it and the etching in the window from Anderson. I need two of them.

I need 4 balancer replacements, the marking on the old balancer is 31 4 GP CALDWELL. The metal channel measures 32" long. The top half of the window is fixed the bottom half slides up. It is a vinyl window. I don't see any markings on the glass or the vinyl that would identify the window manufactu ... (cont.)
