I'm looking for a replacement housing for the windows in my house. Just the plastic housing, not the T lever.

The machine screws stripped from the blind mounting, so I guess I need to replace the whole crank assembly. I can't tell if it's a 39-188, 39-090 or somethig nentirely different.

I can only see a number 4 on one coil. Coils are 3/8" wide, coil holder is 1/2" wide. I am looking for the easiest way to replace this.
