Replacing several Caldwell window balances that have started failing. 25 4 BO Caldwell is the only information stamped on it. the steel part of the balance measures 26inches. With the plastic top and bottom, it measures 27inches

My spiral spring has an aqua or blue cap, but you only offer a white, green or yellow cap. I have not weighed the window, but it is fairly light and suspect I need a white spring. What say you?

Printed stamp on the back says 25-9 CQ5 CMC 17 however the metal portion measures nearly exactly 26" end to end (metal portion only).

I need to replace the handle on the screen door that comes with a Milgard sliding patio door. The first picture is the vertical slider that engages/disengages the lock. I guess I need to replace the entire system, the white operator broke off from the metal piece attached to the window, only marking I can find are the number 30744 on the shorter arm and "Truth" written somewhere on the hinge

Needs what i believe are new springs/coils assembly for both sides. along with the piece that holds the window for tilting.

The photos show the casement window (Left hand side, Milgard 19-22" wide / 59" high). The crank device needs to be replaced. Looking for T lock balance shoe with close cam. It's 1" wide, 1/2 deep and over 1.5" in length can't tell missing hook part.

So on one side you can see there is a coil and metal balancer but it is completely missing on the other side...
