Window latches for tilting vinyl windows. Latches are 2 5/8" by 11/16" by 3/8". Also need seal for bottom of window - see pictures.

I have three Atrium windows that need new channel balances. They are single hung with 1/2 inch balances. The balances for the larger windows are marked 21-9 KC5 CMC 87.
