Hello - we installed Milgard casement windows about 18 years ago throughout the house. Over time the rubber foot that connects the crank to the hinge mechanism has become worn out, and now the handles pop off. Can this part be replaced? Otherwise windows work great. Thanks!

Customer brought one of these retaining clips in today (pictured) says he need maybe ten or twelve? May be able to provide manufacturer details if he can find a lable (on others yet to be cleaned) that's not so faded as to be illegible. casement window operator - dual-arm operator.I don't have the measurements.

I have several windows that I need to replace top and bottom hinges along with a new operator. I currently have Wright 7702, split arm. What would be a good replacement. The hinges are 10"
