Both the wheel and housing are 1-1/2" in diameter, the housing is 3/4" wide. It came off a PPG Herculite K sliding glass dorr.

Looking to replace left and right operators.No name on any parts. Pictures shown is left operator front inside house looking out.

Replaced my home windows in 2010. One of the lock/latch is broken and I can figure out where to find the replacement. Saw your company mentioned in Reddit and figured I give it a shot. Thanks

I have a window that the bottom part of the window has been broken by painters. How can I get replacement parts for this window. I have a KB home built in 2000 in the Phoenix area and need to replace some channel balances. They are 1/2 wide channels, 28 inches long and are stamped with the numbers 2740 and a small JM stamped after the number. Thank you, James

I have included photos for one of the windows, but am including the other part numbers listed on the channel balance, their length and quantities needed. I am Stephen. The CertainTeed Channel Balance on both sides of CertainTeed Windows dropped down to the bottom and we don't know how to fix.
