I need to get the correct Coil Balances for my window. Hopefully the pictures can help with picking the correct ones.

I am looking for what I believe it a top sash guide, but have been unable to locate one on your website (which is very easy to use for us old geezers -thank you). Attached are a couple of photos of the part I need. Do you carry anything like this?

Pull on screen door needs to be replaced with a latch since our new pets learned to nudge the screen open. Door was installed about 2004. Have looked for a model/serial number to no avail. Pull is 4" x 2.25", holes are 3.50" centered. Aluminum thickness is 13/16". Shoulder of pull to edge is 1.625". ... (cont.)

Hi , I'm trying to identify the channel balancers I have . I believe they are either the S380, S385 or S395. They are originally BMI balancers. Numbers are 3220 3230 3240 3820 3830. Are these readily available? Thank you Steve

the rope is broken!

The cable of the hook for my channel balance of a top hung window was broken. The balance was made by Caldwell Model 20 4 JP as shown on the picture. It was for an old aluminum Milguard window may be 16-20 years old. It is still good.

I need 2 pcs of this balance.

Hey there, I got a sliding glass door with this lock but no idea how to work it. Figure I'll need to replace it with a new one that I have the keys to... looks like I'll also need a keeper on the other side. Can you recommend part #s? Thank you!

The corner part is plastic and the nob the roller attaches to is broken. the roller is nylon or plastic. Can I order these parts? I watch a video and the parts looked like cast metal for the corner and roller. Will those parts work to replace my plastic ones. How do I order parts? ... (cont.)

We are looking for a folding or lower profile crank handle to replace our existing handles which are Truth 45054 in light bronze/gold tone.

There are no markings on the hardware the only marking I can find on the door is PPG, which may be only for the glass

This is from a mobile home single pane window.

The channel balance has a marking 14-2 ID5 CMC 45.

I don't have any more info than the pictures attached. The photos were taken when we replaced the glass. I ordered the 81-081 thinking I knew what I was doing but when they came to install them... they didn't fit.
