I have a esp of fla triple 8ft sliding glass door that has only one roller on each side of the door. I tried to remove the roller from the door by removing the top screw, but the unit did not want to come out. Is there a trick to taking it out or is there a different way?

I'm trying to replace the balances in a few windows. They are non tilt. With the picture I provided, what tool is need to release the clip from the balance from the sash?

Looking for the correct replacement tilt latches based on the measurements in picture.The screw holes are 2 inches apart and the depth is correct at 5/16th. The latch, per my new pictures is 2 and 7/8 long and 3/4 wide. The underside does have a curved end (see picture of underside). ... (cont.)

The spring balances for a small 6 -8 lb bathroom were rusted out so that I couldn't get the stamp number off of it. The length of the metal channel is 18". Can you help me identify the right part. I will need two of them. Thank you.
