Stamp says "31 4" Metal channel is 31.5" long

My window balance is labeled 27 4 Caldwell. It is 28 in long and 1/2 in wide. From looking at your site I think it is a s350 but I don't understand the 27 4 as a tension option

Looking to purchase this part. It is located at the upper and lower section of my sliding glass door. Its a dual slider door with 2 additional glass panels, so 4 brackets are needed. They seem to be door stops, but also they panels to the house.
