Trying to find replacement glazing bead

Can anyone help me identify the window manufacturer for this type of window? The tilt latch is broken and we cannot find a replacement without the manufacturer.

There are three set of numbers on the balance. Patent # 6,378,169 One of the coils has 5FF and the other coil has 6FF. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The BSA sash I would like to replace has a metal channel 13 5/8 inch in length and 9/16 inch wide. Plastic end pieces have white plastic wings that are 1/2" wide and keep the whole thing in the window channel. Wings are partly broken off. Pully ropes also broken.
