where can I get a sliding glass patio door handle with lock for a BF Rich sliding door. Hi , I have some Silverline windows that need tilt latches. The latches for the lower sash I believe are the 26-408. I would like to know if you can provide me with a replacement for the latches for the upper sash?

There are 2 different ones needed. 1 says 26DS OD40 1 says 2690 OD20

The little piece (with the screw) had a piece break off. It appears to be have a spring inside it.

window says it is a GAF, like the roofing materials. The window does not have metal extraction clips or holes for clips. I don't know what the square pieces plastic pieces are for. I need 2 new window balances.

Hi - I'm trying to replace these hinges. They fit into an aluminum weatherstrip.

House was built in 1950. There are no markings on window nor the actual spring device. I know I will need to weigh the window in order to determine the spring rate required.
