we have a customer with an older Anderson patio door that is hard to open and close.they are right on the beach, and we think the rollers need to be replaced.

We have older style Pella windows which we purchased before their 2002 redesign. Some of the cranks have rounded off and I would like to purchase 7 new cranks.

Attached is a photo of a pivot shoe in my window. I need a replacement. The channel opening depth is 9/16" and the best I could tell there is a slight gap, maybe 1/8" between the back of the shoe and the plastic channel. Can you tell me which shoe to get?

Looking for replacement. Lever on the inside is bent. Latch gets stuck. Faceplate measures 9 9/16". Backset is 1 3/8". Not real familiar with these Locksets. Let me know what you need from me. Appreciate any help. Thank you.
