Hello. I'm trying to match some parts. They look the same as on your website but the numbers are a bit different. The springs have "10J" on them and the pivot bars are just a little different also. Thank you. John Atlantic Glass and Mirror.

Hi i would need 6,balences Length on it is 25inchs The #number stamped on the aluminum is 2420 1987 is the age of the house.My windows are just made to go up and down, they are not made to tilt. Double hunge just the bottoms open ,the top of the window is fixed.

Just recently replacd two Andersen casement windows. Bottom hinges on both were worn out. From outside both left windows open outward. Each hinge has a "black" rubber or nylon guide. This part connects to the window and goes into the shoe of the balance.

The only potentially useful markings I found are "36D" on the bottom of the channel. They don't appear ribbed. The first photo is from a window that works. Sash weighs 14.25#s old balance is 28.5" long. I will need blocks and sash pivots that work together. Channel at the widest part is the width of the current tilt block which is 1 1/4 inch.
