Truth operating arm looks like 39-253LB. I can't identify these 2 small brackets that we're screwed to the under side of the PGT window Any idea what they are?

Lookig to replace my current (probably 30 year old storm door handle). Handle plate is 1 3/4 inches wide and 3 1/2 long. Screws set is 1 3/4 apart.

Need to know which pivot shoe to use to replace broken one.

I have old metal double hung windows in my apartment that don't stay up and I see that the plastic shoes are broken. They are 1 inch wide by 1 " high. Your part: RH Window Crank Operator, 3/8" Hole Product Code: 39-194 Looks like a match, but the old one has a C-clip on the operator's arm where it connects to the torque arm. Any thoughts?
