I have Anderson awning type windows in my house, they have become difficult to open and close. The house was built in 1958. I am looking for replacement hardware becuase they seem to be worn out. I am greatful for any help you can provide.

80 in outgoing patio door need the lock

Hi I can't figure out what the new part is to order? I took of of the front window last year there is one for each side. The metal part is 27in long. I recently ordered part# 81-081 which I thought matched the ones I am replacing but I was wrong. I had purchased rollers for an identical patio unit about 3 years ago but there is no history of the part # that I had order. I need help to identify the part that I need.

Window manufacturer is unknown - No markings or labels on the windows. Only markings on vent stop is "4" and "patent pend". Measurements given on pictures of replacement vent stops are unfathomable as in I am unable to translate the cm and inches of my ruler to measurements given in the pictures. An ... (cont.)

The tab on top of latch is broken on several of our double hung windows. If you manually place the tab on top of the latch mechanism you are able to slide the interior latch and tilt the window. How can I replace/fix my windows??? Thank you!

BB 1 or "11" numbers are so close together it looks like a dbl stamped number. Color, forest green It anchors the bottom, pneumatic pump to the door jam. The wind caught the door and ripped it off, it's hard plastic.

Hello, I need help with ordering the correct coil spring for this window brand. The pivot shoe is #15-192 but I am not sure about the coil. Mine is stamped 409. This unit is about 54" tall and 32 wide. I have units that are only 30" tall. Will that coil be the same?
