Hello, I need help with ordering the correct coil spring for this window brand. The pivot shoe is #15-192 but I am not sure about the coil. Mine is stamped 409. This unit is about 54" tall and 32 wide. I have units that are only 30" tall. Will that coil be the same?

Hi: I could not find these, looking through the parts on your site. The round parts are mostly broken. How do I get these out of the track, anyway? Thanks, Charlie.

We have a lip screen with 4 broken corners - 2 top, 2 bottom (the tops have the extra nub - see side view photo of the 2 ). Bottoms both broken, the one broken piece. They seem to be slimmer than our average corner by about 1/16.

Currently there is no balance in the window. We need 2 balances. The Sash Weight is 10 LBS. Sash from top to bottom is 25". Someone took out the balance, and didn't return it, and that was 25".

I have four identical windows and one smaller one that need to have their spiral tube balances replaced. All of them have broken plastic tubes that seem to be about .50" in diameter. I have a Alside 6100 patio door and I'm looking for a handle to work on this locking system. Wood grain or beige inside color and white outside . The Phillips screws on this pic is 12" apart. The screws on the handle are 4 " apart

Hello, A few of our casement windows aren't closing so wondering if this can be addressed with updated hardware? Also looking to change the color or the lock, and and cover to matte black if possible.

I have many of these sliding glass doors in a property I manage and the roller assemblies are extremely worn and failing. I am trying to locate a replacement part number and source so I can order some replacement assemblies

Locking mechanism on door frame with pull handle is broken. This lock is on the opposite side of the door frame from the handle as noted in the pictures. One picture is of normal unbroken lock on another slider. Not sure of part name or number

Can you identify the missing piece here? On some of the images the crank rods are connected correctly and on others they are missing the connection piece.

I was able to identify the correct balance but I'm not sure which shoe to purchase along with it. We are replacing 9 sets of balances for a customer.

Hi - had a break-in on NYE through a small side window in our kitchen. Trashed the bar that opens the window (not sure of the proper name) - approximately 7" measured from the gear in the handle housing. Need a replacement - thoughts?
