Hi - had a break-in on NYE through a small side window in our kitchen. Trashed the bar that opens the window (not sure of the proper name) - approximately 7" measured from the gear in the handle housing. Need a replacement - thoughts?

I need balancers and pivot pins for Biltbest double hung windows 41 D 14 each, 43 D 8 each, 15 each left hand pivot pins, 15 each right hand pivot pins.

The holes are 2 1/16 apart and it looks like the holes are set back 3/4 inches.

The handle I need to replace says "Truth 3." The plastic grooves wore out and it no longer cranks the window open or closed. Need help identifying which one to order.

Hi, I'm looking for two 36X GL window sash balancers with BSI written horizontally in between those two.

I'm looking to replace both the astragal weatherstripping and the door sweeps on both French doors. The previous owner didn't weatherstrip properly and/or hadn't replaced them. There's a large enough gap when the doors are closed that you can see sunlight coming through and lets bugs in. In one ph ... (cont.)

Trying to see if there is an available part for these locks. Measures end-to-end around 2 1/2" to 2 3/4" perhaps?

1) Broken Top pic shows initial problem. When this broke, the channel fell and broke the cord inside the channel. This happened on two separate channels on two different windows. Can I drill a new hole just a little lower in the channel for the replacement? 2) I could not get the window clip out ... (cont.)
