Where I can find them

I never seen a single hung window that balances rods are mounted in front of window frame. All other are mounted on the left and right side. What kind of balances are they?

See attached photo. It looks like Truth Hardware, but I'm not totally sure. The escutcheon part has been worn out for sure.

We measured the metal part at 14" but with the plastic part at top it's 15" we want to replace it with the same part. Please advise.

I installed a brand new 82-086 door handle and lock set but my door still will not lock. I would assume that the piece in the middle in the problem is there a part number for that piece ?

Looking for full sash replacement

Hi, need help identifying a window balance. Here are photos of my window balance. It measures 12 inches end to end including the plastic ends. The metal alone measures 10 1/2 inches. Its 5/8 wide I am including photos. Home built in 2003. Thank you!

Stamp in channel "29 3" then sideways it says BS1 or 8SI ?

I have an aluminum Traco window. The bottom sash operates. The top sash appears to be somewhat fixed, but it does appear to have a release button on each side on the top the same as the bottom sash.
