I am looking for exterior vinyl glazing bead for a vinyl casement window. I could not find any manufacturer markings on the window. I have a house full of Ellison Windows that are 20 years old. I'm getting numerous glass sash glass replaced and 2 of them have shot balance mechanisms. Attached are some pics. One is a set of 36" and the other is 30"; pics attached. There are no markings on the parts.

Looking for the locking mechanism and would like to add a locking key on the outside. Thanks in advance

Hi, our windows weren't staying up and hard to slide. After looking, I noticed some broken parts. Screw have come out on both sides and move with window. Picture shows broken parts.
