replacement parts for casement window operators

There are, unfortunately, no identifying marks or labels except one number on one of the arms which is 30350. These windows have bars at the top of the window and bottom. Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thank you!

Replacement needed

Andersen lock. Back of the plate says "7442-" with nothing following, but below that a bigger number "4" is present. The number on the lever is "C-7442-5". The lever is very loose, appears the black washer is just worn. Looking for replacement plate/lever. The internal mechanisms in the door are all ... (cont.)
