I was cleaning the window when the right balancer disconnected as seen in one of the photos. I also took a picture of the left balancer because I have the hole at the top. I'm not sure which window balance set I need to purchase. Or if this one can be reset?

The top latch on my patio door is broke and does not work properly. Sd-r50-1816x2426(72x96 is the number on the door so I am assuming that the 82-239 mortise lock is the correct replacement part needed. I broke two of these internal keys for my Alumax window screen frame. They measure 1 5/8" from corner to angle tip x 3/16 thick x 5/16 wide on the serrated blade. Any ideas? I need an exact fit. The frame is also attached

The Simonton Profinish in window in our Tallahassee FL home mainly face east and west, so they get a lot of sun. But, all the other windows have similar issues. I'm looking for flip top pull pins that go in a screen frame 7/8" in width. The only ones I found on your website have the pin width as 1-3/16" long.
