Good morning, i need 4 of each part in the picture. The balance clip and sash guide was removed from American Craftsman 70 series vinyl window.

I need to replace the lock?the latch gets stuck in open and closed positions

I believe this part is stripped internally. When I swapped a good one from another window, it opens and closes fine. Which one exactly might I need? I can't find any information anywhere. No number or anything, not on this part, not on the window. Thanks

side-load single balance spring replacement

tilt latch for a jen weld window that was installed in 2005. The pictures attached is the current tilt latch, image 5154 is the broken one as when they broken into the house it snapped. the other 2 pictures are an example from my other windows. Thank you

The handle on my storm door has an Emtek lockset. Is there a spring that returns it to closed position?

I am looking for replacement parts for this type of door handle. The handle is further in from the edge and is a double entry door. handle is on the outside, push button on the inside and it barely actuates the release striker. I'm looking for the left side and right side metal cam only that I can replace in the shoe.The shoe with is 2 1/2 × 2 1/4 I believe. Hopefully these pictures will identify what I'm looking for. Thanks Anthony

No identifying marks on the roller parts. The door has a label that is pictured. The house was built in 1958 and the door is original.
