screw spacing 47/8" Upper is lock on on side and flat handle pull. Lower is a pull with handle on one side and a flat handle pull on the other . This balance comes from a PGT WinGuard SH5500 Tilt Window installed in 2020. Sash is impact rated, 49"w x 24"h. Looking to convert old wood frame sliding door interior surface latch to one with exterior lock so can lock/unlock/enter from exterior.No markings are obvious anywhere to determine make and model of door/handle.Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Dan

Hi, I have double windows side by side that crank open and glide out like french doors. The window handle box? and handles need to be replaced. We have a latch that is about 19 years old. I wondered if you offered a replacement where I do not have to redial holes. - not sure which part is broken. It is either the pull latch or the receiver? Maybe you can tell by the picture. Thanks so much! Ed

there are no numbers or names on the oarts or the window. it does have pat #4595601. it also has #30614 and 30893 pat Canada 1986 uk pat#2135397. i need 2 right hand and 2 left hand casement kits. i also need one lock fo a right hand one but i couldnt load anymore pictures
