Hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving! My storm door hardware needs to be replaced, hopefully keyed lock as well. The lever was sticking and locking us out and then fell apart. Dolan

Any idea what this is called? It holds the bars on the side of the window down and two have broken.

I've included pics of the original box and label on the window. I think it is a balance but am not certain. The plastic part split in two so the window does not work properly. My name is Jim, I am trying to fix my sister in law's window.

The crank has separated from the mount. I want a replacement. Do you have a replacement?

The length of the metal channel is 26 1/2 inches. It is stamped 2630 B.S.I NL. The manufacturer is Viking Windows. We have no idea when they were made. The windows were on the house when it was bought. We only need one.

Hello! We need two 1970s vintage aluminum window pulls. Attached are photos of the pulls and the window frames they belong to. We built our house in 2007 and had Milgard windows installed. They are single-hung windows and many of them no longer stay open. I have three different sizes (vertically) that I need to fix.
