The stamp, and it looks like it says 16 4 BSI. please see photo attached.

The metal part is 27" long width 9/16" the balance shoe is 1 1/16" not sure if the s380 or s385 is the correct part fits an older Alpine window I need to replace the balancers on 5 windows thanks for your assistance

The window operator in the photo is labeled as "TRUTH". Please tell me the part number of this, and how I would remount it, as I broke this while remvoing it.

This operator is stripped. The windows are made by Hurd. The operator is a gold or coppertone color and I believe is called a Split arm operator. The mounting screws are accessed form outside the window. Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks You Peter

I need help finding this 58 3/4 long piece that locks window in place once it's shut also need plastic pices that hold it in place for both frame and window side.

Picture shows the measurements we need for white snap in glazing. Cannot seem to find it on the site.

26 DS BSI 33 non tilting window balance

These rollers are from Klein patio doors that are about 40 yrs old. The wheel width that fit in the track (outer to outer) is 11/32" as best I can tell and the entire roller is about 1-3/4" diameter. Constant Force Window Balance Shoe is broken, as with Coil, and top coil holder for tilt-out vinyl window; will need to identify compatible replacement for each part if possible.
