I have a PGT 24" x 60" single hung window that I need balancer replacement parts for. The bottom moving window part is 24" x 30". It looks like the balancers on each side have a number 7 on them. And it appears that maybe there are two coil springs on each side. Please let me know what I need fo ... (cont.)

Looking for the interlock plates that hold the door snug as it is closed. There's one on each side of the door. It's the plate with 2 screws holding them in place and goes around the locking mechanism.

I'm thinking I need the S395. I'm confused about the length. The stamp on the old balance shows 17 but metal to metal these old balances are 18 inches long.

I am trying to replace the plastic casing and crank on my windows. Do you have anything that will fit?

No marking that I can find. 5/8" front profile. 3/8" inside measurement and 1/2" where it snaps into the window.

Looking to see if you have the pictured molding. This is on a mobile home window
