Can you please tell me the appropriate replacement part

I'm hoping you can help determine what the part I need. I have a bunch of broken ones.

Should be a pretty common part, no mfg marking on door, condo built in 2008.

Does this product come with mounting screws? This is the item I wish to replace.

The metal part of the channel is 16 9/16. The stamp says 16 3 (BSI FA). I have one, I need a replacement.

The lock cylinder sticks out to far on the back for the handle to attach to the door. Do I need to drill out the small hole on the door to fit the cylinder? I am trying to install 82-030B
