Non-Tilt window balance 2340

The lock on this door would not latch and was loose. I proceeded to remove and it slipped out of my grip and feel inside door. I need to order a new lock please. Length of vinyl tube is 25 inches. Appears that the tube may be part of the balance and not just a covering. Tip color appears to be blue. Please help me identify this part as I need to two (one for each side). Thank you in advance for your help.

I need a S795-27. But the one I'm replacing has a hook at the end of the string that hooks at top of frame rather than a screw tab. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Number stamp is 27C

Looking to replace three window balances in MI windows they measure 34 1/2" high and 33" wide the springs are broken on the balances and they have a number 740 stamped on them . Replacing the springs would repair the balances in these older windows. Would need six of the 740 coil springs if you hav ... (cont.)
