I need Left and Right replacement parts for a window block and tackle tilt assembly, coil balances. Only has 7L and 7R are printed on the plastic housing. The coil snapped on both sides. Thanks.

I need replacement right and left hand window crank mechanisms. Is there a replacement option for these mechanisms?

Found some more balanced busted in the windows, windows same as before but think this balance is a bit bigger than the rest. Just want to make sure I get the right one. Let me know if you need anything else!

Looking for a replacement parts for casement, hinge and handles

Broken handle. Numbers are EMCO 418-4170. It is one continuous lockset. We bought a "universal"lockset which is not in our Universe.

Have a storm window that needs to be fixed. The pieces are 3/16 wide, but the top piece is 1/8" thick while the side portion is only 1/16" thick. We purchased this home with no records. The patio sliding door is difficult to move. The prior owner had a drill thru locking pin (a $7 item at Home Depot) installed at the botton of the door. I have 12 Malta windows from the 1990's. The small plastic parts that hold the pully/wheels for the balance spring strings are crumbling. I am hoping to retro-fit a balance into the jamb fit liner. Hello, I need to find 2 window locks for my Pella windows.I tried to bend them and found out they are made of pop metal and they snapped instead of bending. I was stupid enough to try the other one and it snapped too. Duh!Do you have these i can purchase? Thanks, David
