I have two windows that have broken cranks. The cranks work, they just won't stay connected to the windows. Thus, they open, but won't close. Someone wrenched open our screen door and broke the strike plate. Existing plate is 6 and a half inches screwhole to screwhole, and 7 inches long overall. Hi, I have crestline vinyl casement windows (circa 2003) and these parts are getting brittle and breaking. They larger ones hold the tie bar locking mechanism in the jamb of the window and the smaller is attached to the sash and allows the locking bar to pull it in tight.

My window sash have two latches one on the left one on the right. For three of my windows the left side latches are broken. If the latch is on left side the lock is close on the other hand if the latch is on the right side is the lock is open. Do you have that part? Thanks Ram

I ordered 8 x Series 140 Quick Tilt pivot shoes (6lb) and when I went to install, I found that the window pivot bar was to large to fit inside the 140 shoe. I'd like to return the 8 x 140's I purchased and find the right part to match. The old shoe is on the left and the new one is on the right. ... (cont.)

The plastic hook that connects the shoe to the channel balance is broken and need to replace for four windows (8 pieces). Measurement is 5/8- inches at narrowest and 1-3/4 inches at widest. Thank you for your advice.
