Need a replacement upper pivot for commercial door. Pivot pin diameter is 5/16 inch. Pivot is secured to the upper frame via three phillips screws spaced at 3/4 inch. I'm looking for replacement storm window parts. The corner keys are broken. They appear to be 3/16" thick on the horizontal direction and 1/8" on the virticle direction. They go to old aluminum storm windows.

There is no markings on this so ive had trouble finding a replacement, between 26 -271 and 26-379 they seem to be best options but not an exact replica.

My window cleaner broke off this handle. You can see the measurements and inside the handle is written OP06-1520. any replacements handle parts available to me?

We have two kitchen windows that have their handles and sockets worn out so much that the handle will not stay in the socket in the operator. The handle is a male type that fits into the operator. Simonton windows, looking for the correct balancers to replace these. Windows very difficult to raise, or won't stay up. Right side looks different than left side.
