HI I am looking for a window latch. I have attached pictures

These photos are of a working casement window in my unit. I am using this window as a reference. Another identical window in the unit will not open because this sash-mounted track shoe / keeper is missing after glass replacement. I can't find any identifying marks on the window or the parts. I can't tell you that the spring is half inch wide

This is a Legance patio door handle from Thermal Industries. It is a 3 15/16. Company is closed and I cant find. Mounting screws are on side of handle as well.

Hello the only marking on this window balance is 14-3.

There does not appear to be any numbers or markings of any sort on the window or the part. In the pictures the roller may be in the wrong slot, they fell out so im not sure if they are in the correct place in the pictures. Should be two two rollers. I have attached the picture of the coil that I am trying to figure out the weight. The stamp on it states “EL”. Which coil would replace this?

On the other side of this window, the shoe is missing the pivoting barrel, and the bottom of the shoe is broken. The window will no longer stay up. The same is true for the neighboring window, one side the shoe is broken. Need help identifying and purchasing the correct replacement parts. ... (cont.)
