Broken Pella locking door 30 yo with long metal strip that has 3 bolts, at thmiddle/handle, and at top and bottom. We can throw the bolts, but not keep them locked because the little knob intended to secure the bolts only goes half way. The metal strip may need to be replaced and is stamped 16798 at ... (cont.)

The plastic piece on the bottom of the balance assembly is broken. (Both sides of the window) Do you sell just that piece or do you have entire replacement assemblies?

Having an issue confirming the correct replacement piece to replace a channel that broke. It's a tilting window with 16" long and 1/2" wide channel with a 16C designation. I just replaced all my Nu-Air window channel balancers and noticed some of the snap in bead on the outside of the window is breaking and loose.
